SHIPPING TIMES
If you place your order before 4:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday, your order will be shipped that day. Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship. Approximately 98% of all orders placed leave our warehouses the same day (not including weekends & holidays). Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case you will receive an email with an expected availability date. Once an order has shipped, average Ground transit time is an additional 1 to 3 working days. MISSING ITEMS
Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with a date/package code that is on the label with the part number. This is needed to facilitate quality assurance in identification of additional problems.
